These terms apply to every order placed on this website. They do not take away any right you have under UK consumer law.

Placing an order

Every item is printed to order from the design, size and colour you choose, and the words you type where a listing asks for them.
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it, and a contract is made, when your payment is confirmed and we send your receipt email. The receipt is your confirmation of the order and is the record to keep.
If we cannot supply an item — for example the garment you chose is no longer available from our suppliers — we will tell you and refund it. We never substitute a different item without your agreement.
Where a listing lets you say which of several equivalent garments you prefer, we make your order from the ones you agreed to and no other.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery is added at checkout and shown before you pay.
We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.
Payment is taken in full when you order, by card (through Stripe) or by PayPal. We do not store your card number.
If a price is wrong on the site because of an obvious mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than supply at that price.

Delivery

Dispatch times, delivery services and prices are on our delivery page. Dates are estimates worked out on business days. The items become your responsibility when they are delivered to the address you gave.

Cancelling, returns and faulty items

Your 14-day right to change your mind, the items it does not cover, and your rights if something is faulty are on our returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Your words on our items

You are responsible for the words you type, and any picture you upload, for printing: you confirm that you own the picture or have the right to have it printed. We may refuse to print, and refund, an order whose personalisation or picture is unlawful, offensive or infringes someone else's rights. We print exactly what you sent; please check the spelling and the picture.

Our designs

The designs on this site are ours or used under licence. Buying an item does not give you the right to copy or reproduce a design.

Reviews

Only customers who bought a design can review it. How reviews are collected and shown is on our reviews page.

Complaints

If something goes wrong, write to (not set) with your order number and we will reply within five business days and try to put it right. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales (or of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there).

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you also have the protection of your own country's consumer law.
